V15 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using v15's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the provisions set out below.

Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to change from time to time.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the v15 platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other device — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the v15 platform.

Continued use of the platform after any amendments to the terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. v15 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time with appropriate notice to registered users via email or in-platform notification.

The v15 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. v15 reserves the right to verify a user's age at any time and to suspend any account that does not comply.

2. Account Creation & User Responsibilities

To use v15's services in full, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Users are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is truthful. Providing false or misleading information may result in the immediate termination of your account without compensation.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. v15 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from the disclosure of your password to a third party. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must notify the v15 support team immediately.

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited. v15 reserves the right to merge or close any duplicate accounts detected, including withholding the associated account balances pending the outcome of an investigation.

Prohibited Platform Use

  • Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform
  • Attempting to defraud, manipulate, or interfere with the gaming or payment systems
  • Sharing your account or allowing others to access it
  • Engaging in any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law
  • Spreading false or misleading information about the v15 platform

3. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the v15 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). v15 supports a range of local payment methods including DuitNow, online banking, and approved e-wallets. Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposited funds are from legitimate sources and belong to them.

Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes of a successful transaction. Withdrawals are processed within the timeframe stated on the platform, subject to the completion of identity verification procedures. v15 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal, particularly for high-value amounts.

V15 is not responsible for any fees charged by a user's financial institution in connection with deposit or withdrawal transactions. Any transaction disputes must be reported to the v15 support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Reports submitted after this period may not be processed.

General Transaction Terms

  • Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary depending on the payment method selected
  • Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name
  • V15 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until full identity verification has been completed
  • Transactions suspected of fraud will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities

4. Liability Limits & Account Policy

V15 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose. v15 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control such as network outages or system maintenance.

In the event of a technical error that affects game outcomes or payments, v15 reserves the right to void, correct, or adjust the transactions in question. v15's decision in such matters is final.

Account Suspension & Closure

V15 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances without prior notice:

  • The user has violated any terms and conditions set out in this document
  • Suspected fraudulent activity or system manipulation detected
  • User registration information found to be inaccurate or false
  • Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months
  • A closure request received from a law enforcement agency

Following account closure due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be withheld pending the completion of an investigation. Where closure is initiated at the user's own request and no breach is involved, any eligible balance will be returned via the standard withdrawal process.

5. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

All content on the v15 platform — including brand names, logos, interface design, text, graphics, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of v15 or parties that have licensed it to us. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from v15.

The v15 platform may contain links or references to third-party services or websites. v15 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website. Such links are provided solely for user convenience and do not imply that v15 endorses or validates the content therein.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted by users to v15 through any communication channel may be used by v15 without any obligation to provide credit or compensation to the user concerned.

Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from the use of the v15 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia. v15 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the platform, and notice will be sent to registered users via email or in-app notification. Continued use following such notice constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
